That was always coming. A pretty poor game in all fairness and a point was probably what both sides deserved.

Fair result in the end but clearly disappointing to concede after 92 mins when Debois spilled a shot at the feet of Ghandhour who punished the error. Earlier Debois was the hero saving Kuhl’s early penalty after a tackle by Inman that looked to have won the ball. The penalty was a poor one straight at Debois who parried over the bar. Again we struggled to create many chances, the best in the first half falling to Fadahunsi who blazed over from a good ball from Seymour. Farnborough were predictably direct and aerial and had the lions share of possession and the pattern continued in the second half. When Gray put us in front with a low shot from the edge of the area it was a bit against the run of play. Farnborough continued to dominate but their final ball was rarely good enough and we managed to win the vital headers from the succession of corners and crosses. After their equaliser we had a late flurry of attacks but too little too late.

I heard Spencer Day saying they should have won and no doubt that will be the theme of his post match summary.
Probably a fair result but to concede a goal in injury time was disappointing. Adam played well in goal and saved a penalty. For all their possession the visitors were held well and I just wonder if our keeper had not been fouled and injured he might have held onto the shot?
First game fo Seymour after having missed a few games Fadahunsi battled up front but missed a good scoring opportunity with a goal opening up for him. If Bloomfield is off for some time then another forward is needed,

Overall a point won as we were not at our best today. A good goal scored but Adam showed both side of his game today.

A very flat atmosphere at the ground today as well. Below average attendance and very muted.

Their scorer against us has been recalled by Aldershot, wonder if he is going out on loan somewhere else?Looked useful against us.
