Despite the fact that international calls have taken three players from the squad, I hope we can get a draw against opponents whose recent form has improved. Obvious the main concern is can we score, if not, this puts great pressure on not conceding. Hope for a point as a minimum.

The defence played brilliant on Saturday, Kurren-Brown aside we carried no threat up front..even worse the ball was never held up so it just pinged back. It will be the same tomorrow night. To get anything from it we need the defence to play equally well and we need some inspiration or luck from somewhere to nick a goal. Our striking options without Barzey and more importantly Clifton are woeful for the National League South.

Will there be an early pitch inspection given continuing drizzle and to prevent Taunton from making a long possible fruitless journey ?

Been chucking it down over in Thames Ditton but it has stopped now...game must be in doubt though. Someone go over to the ground sharpish with a watering can, we could do with this being rescheduled for when our forwards are back!

Taunton better side here and they down to 10. Long ball over the top never works, if it gets there he’s offside anyway

Very good win, red card certainly helped. Time to start preparing for next season! Also, something that came to mind was that tonight was the final game under the current floodlights.
