It’s still a bit too early to say but currently I would say Hungerford (although they too have picked up a bit), Chippenham, Slough and Cheshunt, despite their recent upturn in results.
As for us, if we can get more fit players we should be ok . Think our new owners will increase the budget and be prepared for the necessary changes to ensure safety.

I thought they was pretty clear that they wasn’t going to increase the budget, I hope they do, albeit not to put every player who comes on a contract.
