Concede 2 late goals pushing forward. Lots of possession, dominated for long periods. Mistake by Miller-Rodney led to their first. Loads of chances, good hold up play by Muir and gondoh but no goal threat. Donaldson carries no real threat wide on the left. Slew has to start up front.. only one who looks hungry to score.

Disappointing. Not a bad display against a decent side but we huffed and puffed rather than created real chances and still look physically second best at times. Shame, as we have some good players in the squad.

This is three games in a row where we have failed to score. On present form, this squad are looking unlikely to make the playoffs. Granted we have some good players but maybe now is the time to make further changes or we might just see a season out meandering around the mid table.

Very unfortunate, three moments of magic from the hosts enough for them. We’re not far away from where we need to be, agree that Slew should be starting now.

From what I have read and from Gary’s comments we seem to have had most of the play but are unable to convert this pressure into goals which our hosts were able to do. Playing with one central striker does not help as he is generally overcome by weight of defensive numbers. Looks like Gary might be on the recruitment drive for a forwards, the right choice might relieve the current attacking deficiencies?

I can't understand why of late the club seems to start the season without a proven goalscorer. We seem to be playing catchup too often when a player who can score goals should be a priority at the start of a season.

Slew is a goal scorer.. no doubt about it
