Think many would agree not our best performance and it might have been very different against a better team. Felt that perhaps for a variety of reasons we started off with several players starting in unfamiliar roles. A one nil lead at half time was perhaps a better than expected score line.
The second half brought some improvements and a keeper howler from our visitors gave us a more comfortable cushion and man of the match Dean Inman scored a third.
We finally got some minutes from Fernandes and let’s hope he gets fully fit as Gary said he was a marquee signing.
Onto Eastbourne and Braintree who will be tougher opponents.
