For any fans travelling to Newcastle for the game tomorrow Dunston have released a bit of information about the day.

The Terry Ritson Community Match takes place on Saturday 18th July,
2pm at Dunston UTS Stadium as Dunston UTS FC take on Hampton &
Richmond Borough FC.

The match celebrates the incredible contribution Terry has made to
grassroots football as he steps away as Senior Sports coordinator of Redheugh Boys Club
after an amazing 56 years of service.

A true local football legend, Terry’s dedication, commitment and
support have helped generations of young players both on and off the
pitch. Many former players continue to recognise the huge impact he
has had on their lives and football journeys over the years.

We’d love the local community, former players, families and football
supporters to come along and support the game as we celebrate Terry’s
outstanding contribution to grassroots football. Your support will
help make it a special occasion for someone who has given so much to
the local game.

Before kick-off, we will hold a minute's applause in memory of Jon Tait and Micky Porteous, two loyal and much-loved supporters of Dunston UTS FC who sadly passed away. We invite everyone to join us in paying tribute to their lives and their lasting connection to the club.

Today's fixture is a celebration of Terry Ritson's outstanding contribution to grassroots football and the local community. Throughout his lifetime, Terry has inspired countless young players and helped shape generations through his dedication to football. Former Redheugh Boys Club players may be in attendance, including well-known names such as Paul "Gazza" Gascoigne, Don Hutchison and David Hodgson, as we recognise Terry's remarkable legacy and thank him for everything he has given to the game.

5:00pm – 7:00pm – Live Music with Connor Pattinson
Join us in the clubhouse after the match for live entertainment and help round off what promises to be a memorable community day.
