Chairman’s Update - November 2025
As usual when we get them, an excellent update from Ben.
The message seems to be don't panic. Alfie Tuck picked up a shoulder injury, so has gone back to QPR. Luke Roberston has left (on good terms) seeking more playing time. Probably no surprise, but no mention of what happened with James Holden. We are looking to strengthen the squad generally. Apologies for lack of Chairman's updates.

Good to have some kind of update, but come on, we haven't won since August. We are almost in December, I personally think it is worth being a bit more concerned. I do feel quite proud that we've never really been a sacking kind of club, but I doubt there is any other club in the pyramid that is as tolerant as we seem to be.

Good work from the media team/Seb getting the Jules interview out too. Jules' glasses are always a little rose-tinted but I think his point was that Tonbridge was the first really awful performance we have seen. From what I gather Leatherhead was a bad one too but in a lot of the losses in this sequence I don't think we have performed terribly, especially taking into account the injuries.
The Tonbridge performance was of course alarming, particularly as most of the injured are now back, but let's hope it's a case of it's always darkest just before the dawn...
