Re: Fastest growing club in London!

That’s great to know it is good publicity.

Agree could be about an effort for new investment but that will need more substantial and professional facts and information before financial commitments.

What happens to this if results are poor?

Re: More Changes?

I got an impression that the brothers were happy with Phil, certain folk on the new board may have been perceived by then as antagonistic towards them and were excluded.
As has been stated the brothers still have the control and thus the final say in the composition of the board.

Re: New Manager

Welcome Donovan. Just listened to his interview, seems most of his background is in youth work which seems the way the club is going. Whether this proves successful next season remains to be seen. In his interview Alan suggested two coaches one with experience in our league and one from below, do we...

Re: Summer 2024 squad tracker

Hemel have just completed their 7th signing! Looks like a lot of clubs are spending a fortune to get promoted. Only two can!

Kurran-Browne has joined Hemel

He missed a lot of last season through injury and when fit was not first choice.
Another one left!

Re: More Changes?

Just taking this in! If things go wrong the it will not be Ramayana’s fault. Looks like further investment is unlikely so the club may be on their own?

Re: Those Were The Days; 21st May 1968

Micky Garman never scored a goal for Hampton, it is quite remarkable that given the number of games he played and the number of goals we scored that he never got on the goalscorer list.
As for his history, think he came on loan from Wealdstone originally, he was a hard working midfielder.

Tony wrote: Mon May 20, 2024 6:55 pm Alan Julian's first interview now up. Disappointingly tells us very little. No mention of caching team or players.
Not much there after the build up! Hopefully more to come.

Re: New Manager

Just had the opportunity to listen to his interview, he naturally put in an optimistic view, but the underlining fact is that the budget has been cut. Most of us know that has a direct connection to results. Now it may mean that we are about to unearth some football jewels that can be sold on quickl...
