Club have tweeted there will be a chance to meet a new signing before the game. Temi Babalola has recently left Billericay, after originally agreeing to a short term loan to Bowers and Pitsea. Their tweet says a National League South club requested his services, so make of that what you will.

Worthing have a shocking goal difference and sit just below us in the league. We need to win these kind of games.

We’ve seen the Babalola film already. Couldn’t get in the Billericay side and not much of a goal scoring record. Unless we have injury issues with Wall then not sure what he would add.

Didn’t he score in the FACup with a spectacular overhead kick? He’s and handful all right but not a great finisher. There, I’ve ruined it!

Poor start for Worthing this term, but remember they finished in the playoffs last time and were highest scorers with 104 goals !

Worthing have lost several players in the summer including their top scorer in Pearce. Not totally surprised that they had a poor start but their team is better than results suggest.
As for our team we need a win but it might depend on who is available, scoring goals is currently a problem to finish up some good approach work.

We have re-signed Mauro Vilhete who played very briefly for us under Gary McCann. Recently been at Dagenham, Southend, Hayes and Hornchurch. Plays wide left or right.

According to jules we are down to the bare bones as regards players available. He is a useful utility player so that might come in useful. Interesting team selection coming up.
