Dover relegated. Probably joining them Havant and Eastbourne, then either Taunton or Dartford. Must say would not have expected this last August. Dover we know had financial problems but Havant and Eastbourne we’re outside promotion favourites. Dartford nearly made promotion last season, perhaps there is a lesson to be learned there . Taunton have financial problems so look the more likely candidate for the other relegation spot. In addition they have a fixture backlog that will necessitate playing several times a week.

Don't discount Hemel Hempstead who haven't won for eleven games.Shepperton Supporter wrote: ↑Sat Mar 30, 2024 10:01 am Dover relegated. Yes saw that it’s the second game abandoned for this reason.
In other news Mark Molesley has been appointed as Weymouth manager again.

Taunton's home game with Maidstone United has now been moved to Gloucester tonight, with about eight hours notice. Obviously it's a positive thing that they're getting matches in, but that's an absurd imposition on supporters in that timeframe. That's a 75 mile move on the day of the game!
That's crazy - it's like a match being moved from the Beveree to Swindon!GRTourist wrote: ↑Wed Apr 03, 2024 12:51 pm Taunton's home game with Maidstone United has now been moved to Gloucester tonight, with about eight hours notice. I see they say the league has forced this upon them and they point out that they will be hit by the lost gate revenue.
There surely must be other nearer grounds where they can play.
