Twitter is very disappointing once again, lack of updates compared to St Albans, would be nice especially on a Tuesday night game to have more regular updates for fans who can’t make it due to work commitments.

Good point.

Clean sheet against a team with one of the best strikers in the league, can’t complain.

A good point gained against a good team. Defence played well and Jeffers was well shut out by Inman and co Without Seymour we had little threat but let’s hope we have some regular starters on Saturday.
I thought St Albans passing was excellent, they played us off the park. But we worked hard and because of that they created very few chances and Inman shut out Jeffers, never saw him. Hall showed moments of quality but all in we should be thankful for a point.
It was interesting watching the differing tactical approaches. St Albans always looked to stretch the play isolating our full backs and getting in behind. Very rarely a long forward pass. In two or three passes they switched play from wing to wing whilst we sat deep. In contrast we play very narrowly and mainly through the middle. Their ball retention was disrupted when we pressed higher but by the second half we seemed to run out of steam and came under heavy pressure. Whilst we could point to the fact they didn’t score it took a few desperate scrambles to keep them out. Not sure we looked like scoring so a point was a good result.
