There are other ways to create enough assists I think. We need a finisher and if we can find one then signing Clifton as well may be on the cards.

Meanwhile in the LV= cricket County championship two 42 year olds (Gareth Berg and Michael Hogan) still going about what they are paid to do.

Meanwhile evergreen Tim Murtagh at the age of 41 bagged ten wickets in the match for Middlesex to help them beat Kent in three days!

SS said Clifton is 34. So I made my point about these sportsmen, albeit cricketers, all north of 40 still producing the goods...!
