Our home game against Taunton on 28 March has been chosen for live broadcast in a National League TV pilot event.

It will be interesting to see if the viewer stats are published for the NLN/NLS games. There may be some initial novelty interest and I am sure the clubs involved will welcome the additional publicity.

Is there any monetary reward for this being shown live?

Must be money going to the clubs that make it worthwhile, otherwise it's going to have a massive negative knock on the attendances, therefore gate receipts and bar and food takings.

Will also look crap on TV with a smaller crowd.

I assume HRBFC are one of the pilots as the club have a director on the National League board?

I don't see this being good for the future of this level of football. The entire point is people like going to affordable live games instead of watching on TV.
