Our first home game in what seems ages, we entertain a Slough team that are on a six game unbeaten run which has lifted them away from the relegation zone.
For Mel it is his first home game and a chance for many supporters to see him and what changes in the team formation and tactics he is endeavouring to introduce.
Injuries and team changes might make lineup difficult at present, we might get more definite news soon?

First win only because Slough are so poor.

0-0 at half time. Not many chances. Donaldson on for Kurran-Browne after about 35 mins - looked tactical.
Pitch awful, needs the very heavy roller, several times.

Davis mate, Davies is the Slough manager. At least get it right. However, thought a defeat today was not a fair reflection should have had a draw minimum.

A 10 minute period of pressure on the second half, and an excellent free kick well saved by the Slough keeper, otherwise not much to report. Goal came from Alan Julian rushing out for a through ball and missing it.
I’m starting to put the addresses of the Southern League Premier South clubs in the club car’s satnav.

When are the new players coming in who were supposed to save us from relegation. Beginning to look as though the powers that be want us to go down for whatever reason!
