In response to comments made following tonight's 6-0 home defeat.
There have been a number of 5 goal reverses in home league games.
0-5 V Chesham Utd 83/84
0-5 v Witham Town 87/88
2-7 v Croydon 94/95
0-5 v St Albans City 00/01
0-5 v St Albans City 01/02 (again!)
0-5 v Heybridge Swifts 05/06

There has NEVER been a 6 goal reverse in a home LEAGUE game in our Senior History, going back to 1959

The answer seems to be avoid playing St Albans City!

If only Steve Cordery had given me a chance in goal when I was in the youth team, I would have got this heaviest defeat record broken years ago haha.
