He would be bring the Dartford Club Car with him though - a hybrid Toyota Corolla. And some LED floodlight bulbs.
And 12 new players and route 1 football. No Thanks.

Hampton always has been underdogs and for years to remember from the Chick Botley era onwards we have caused many many upsets and punch above our weight for a small
Village club Hampton success is great to see.

However what’s the club’s ambitions to slide down the pyramid?

Am not saying Gary is the right man for the job but last season the player turn over was unbelievable and quoted: “Will challenge for the playoffs” and then look what happened???

This season what excuse is he going to make and it’s the same excuse every week in his post analysis l, it’s getting tiresome.

I went to Saturdays game and just watched the highlights..I knew we dominated the game but didn't realise how bad the defending was. How can Wells win that header for the second against our sub who is a foot taller? Hopeless.

Gary has quite a lot of sotmg to do on the trading ground. When you look at his coaching staff, he has an assistant manager , three coaches (inc keeper). I would have thought enough expertise to sort things out?

Gavin Rose has been sacked by Dulwich Hamlet after a number of years in charge.

Bobby Wilkinson resigned from Bracknell Town on Thursday - citing a desire to manage at a higher level. The club accepted his resignation due to a 'standing legal agreement'. Maybe said legal agreement was that they'd release him if he had an offer from a higher tier, and maybe that higher tier offer was Dulwich?

Of course, I could be adding 2+2 and getting 307 here.

It looks like there might be the start of a manager merry go round? Can’t see us being involved!

Looks pretty nailed that he is going to Dulwich. Previous experience at Hungerford and Wealdstone. Bracknell are very ambitious and no doubt be looking for a “known” name.

Gavin Rose had a successful academy that fed into Dulwich Hamlet.
He even got a % of the fee when players then got sold on higher up the pyramid.

Could be a big change of things now.
Would Gavin look to take a job elsewhere, and link that successful academy?
Ex- Hampton player of course.

Our academy is successful in its own right !!

Gavin Rose has probably underachieved at Dulwich given their support, money they pay players and the players he has had at his disposal in recent years

I didn't say Hampton's wasn't.

Just that Dulwich have brought through loads of players and sold them on higher up.
Gavin previously did very well for a few seasons.
13 years is a very long time at one club.
Perhaps both parties needed a fresh challenge as it can get stale after so long.

Wrong as usual, Wilkinson gone to Weymouth and Dulwich appointed an interim Paul Barnes from the hotbed of football that is Redhill.
