Has got talent and showed it in glimpses. He is the kind of player maybe Gary referred to at the weekend in terms of lacking consistency. Good player all the same and seems a good bloke too so wish him well.

Seemed clear that the manager lost a bit of faith in Kadell and not surprised he has sought more game time elsewhere.
