From what Gary said after the last game he feels it necessary to make changes to the squad one assumes with releases and recruitment. Now is the time because he might feel that the current squad would not be able to make the playoffs.
No doubt most of us have views on how he might do this, personally I would like to see a another forward who can add a different dimension to our attacking options. Don’t know what others think? Hopefully we will have some news soon.

Any news on David Fisher and his injury? We have definitely missed his energy, directness and goal threat

If you don't have the budget you won't get the squad you want.

Think we all know this. The manager talks about squad changes so he must know what funds are available to him. Daniel has already gone, so looks like a freeing up of some budget?

Sam Cox has left by mutual consent. Obviously Gary is freeing up the budget. Wish Sam well from what I have heard, he was a lively character!

Sam was very popular around the club but sensed that his performances were beginning to suffer a little this season. Looks like Uche may inherit the right back mantle but is really a centre back so a specialist could still be an option. Cole Brown is never fit enough to manage a run in the side but is an option.

On the evidence of last Saturday, the team look better with Miller Rodney at right back and Uche in midfield. Think Miller Rodney is best suited as a right back. Long term I can see Uche settling in to the middle of the defence.
Agree about Cole, we have never seen him enjoy a lengthy spell in the team and so the jury is out as to whether he is able to play at our level.
As for replacements, a right back who can play at our level would be good , but would like to see a striker who would supplement Muir and Slew. I’m sure Gary has some names in mind, we await news?

Imran is actually very good on the ball and is doing well in centre mid..he isn't however aggressive or particularly good in the air for his size so he will never be a CB at this level. Miller-Rodney is v good in either the middle or RB..quick, strong and a great engine..

on sat we carried no threat down the flanks..lets home the manager and Gondoh make it up, without him we lack creativity..deffo need another striker though Slew is v unlucky not to be given a chance alongside Muir if the manager wants to more direct

Zack Dronfield is back on loan from Wealdstone for a month.

Looking back to the start of the season we have released several players thus potentially freeing up some budget, (assuming the original figures still stand). In addition there are two players on club suspensions. I would expect some recruiting in the near future. Recent run of poor results needs urgent attention as without it, our centenary season could be very disappointing.
Gary has some major a major reshape on his hands.
