The Daggers fan that usually does a detailed NLS preview for the forthcoming season has published his analysis for the new season:

He certainly puts in a lot of effort. He sees the Beavers in a comfortable mid-table position this year (predicted us 2nd bottom last year on the back of the weak squad assembled over summer 25). He has Slough and Walton and Hersham predicted to go down this year.
It's an interesting read.

It's a decent read, very comprehensive and I probably broadly agree with most of it.

A heck of a lot of work has gone into that and written from a largely non-partisan point of view. Given that we have only seen a few moments from our new line up, the summary seems a fair one based on players' past experience. We could do with a bit more flair in midfield and more goals generally from around the team. If we could find that then I see us as a top half side. The squad is still light on a couple of players and I would not be surprised to see a couple of long term loans coming in fairly soon.
