I had posted this information on a previous thread but I think, in the current circumstances, it is important we know who the owners of the club are.

There were some additional small shareholders in the confirmation statement for Ramayana Ventures dated 27-Feb-25 with 496 additional shares being issued than were previously declared.

I have tried to identify who these investors are though this is not yet successful for all and some have question marks that others may be able to verify or correct.

Some are hidden behind companies e.g. we know Chris Fralic is an investor but not through which vehicle.

Really don't know but would be interesting if the shareholder Nick Harris is the one who runs a blog called Sporting Intelligence.

He describes this as 'a perpetually skeptical attempt to make sense of sport's relationship with money. Interested in conmen & numbers.'

What a lot of shareholders for such a small club. Something fishy going on here.

With vaudeville being a comic farce Vaudeville Bravo and Vaudeville Ventures seem suitable names for the Chuckle Brothers companies. Presumably the names Charlatan Bravo and Charlatan Ventures were unavailable?

Like what? These are shareholders in Ramayana not the club. There are a lot more shareholders in the club itself, most of whom are long term supporters.

How up to date is this list?

This is a record of who currently owns the shares in Ramayana so is not connected to where people are currently working or how they are spending their time.
Even if one shareholder wanted out now there would almost certainly be no way for them to dispose of their shares (until a deal to buy everybody out comes along and is accepted.)

Their shareholders have "tag along" and "drag along" rights so if a sale is agreed by one party, the others have the option to accept on the same terms, or shareholders can be forced to accept the same terms if others want to sell. There will be thresholds to this as you can't expect one minority shareholder to force a sale on the majority. This means that if there is an offer that is found acceptable, all of the shareholders could sell, or some may wish to rollover their investment, stay in but take some cash, and some may wish to invest more on whatever new terms are agreed. There are number of ways such a transaction could be structured. Ramayana could sell all of its shares in the club to third party; there could be a sale of Ramayana shares to a third party or existing shareholder, either 100% or maybe just to those who want to exit and call it a day. Purchase consideration could be in full or staged over a period of time. Or of course none of the above could happen and we carry on as we are. I think it is nigh on impossible trying to second guess what each Ramayana shareholder's position might be. It really depends on their reasons for being involved in the first place and whether their experience has put them off for good or they might be prepared to support new investors and a new plan.

Tony has made a clear point as to how these things work out with several possible options. The fact that certain investors are still around would suggest their interest has not gone?
As he says, we are not privileged to know what is the current state of play, but we hope a resolution can be found quickly to ensure plans can be put in place for next season. Uncertainty breeds panic and players will leave as they want to be certain what their future is.
The next few weeks might have a considerable bearing on the club’s immediate future.

It's just come up on Companies House that Simon Davers has resigned as a director and secretary of the club. As I understand it, he was Ramayana's/the brothers' lawyer at a firm called Geldards and joined the board when the Ramayana deal completed.

This could be no news, good news or bad news - impossible to tell at this time.

Also states Jacques Le Bars has been appointed as secretary.
