Looks like they’re about to announce Aaron Kuhl from Farnborough too.
The NLS Valderrama

Yep, Aaron Kuhl now also confirmed as signing for Farnham. Kuhl however has a dodgy knee and Anderson wasn't exactly a first choice at Aldershot. They'll sign better and probably so will we.
Very interesting statement from Farnborough. Sounds like they aren't too happy.

The club supported him financially...I suppose this depends whether he was on a contract or not. If he was, then they were surely obliged to? If he wasn't however, then it was good of then. Sounds like the supporters had some kind of fund for him too. For him to then just up sticks and sign for a local rival must really stick in the throat. Whatever way you look at it he comes across as completely entitled and self-centred. Bet he gets a warm welcome back at Farnborough, assuming he's fit.

Yeah, Kuhl got badly injured right back at the start of the season suffering a break to two bones and had the surgery to obviously help aid the recovery.
Kuhl wanted to go to a specific place and since rehabilitation costs aren't cheap, the club set up a GoFundMe for Kuhl and a large amount of fans from Farnborough and a few other clubs donated to help with the costs.
You can see why Farnborough will be slightly annoyed/disappointed but that's football and if a player sees a better opportunity then they'll (most of the time) take that.

Players and clubs instead of taking out the lowest insurance package that covers statutory sick pay, should take out higher packages that covers full wages and medical bills.
I've never agreed with whip rounds etc to support players being injured for this reason.
I remember a Hampton player who had a bucket collection when injured, I said at the time will he stay when back to fitness. Low and behold when was fit again he soon left for a better deal elsewhere.

I don't know but very likely Kuhl's contract had a sick pay clause so it wouldn't have cost the club much if that was invoked.

The trouble is insurance covering full wages and medical bills would be incredibly expensive and take up a very significant part of the playing budget.
