Donavan was iI think responsible for may of the recruits under Jules so might expect a few familiar faces to turn up at Slough.

The rest of the ownership group are still committed to the club the statement says.
Not usually a good sign!

Him and Jules appear to be a package deal.

I think that means that Slough might struggle. I can't imagine that their budget is that much better than ours, and with one or two exceptions our summer recruitment under Jules and Chislett wasn't great to say the least.

Listened to Jules Slough interview. When asked about style of play he said he adapts to the players he can bring in. Almost sounds like in the 2nd year he couldn’t quite get the players in the summer he wanted.
At least now at Slough it’s not his first job and he has a bit of a reputation as a manager rather than when he was with us. He didn’t.

Already starting to lose a lot of players too, some (predictably) to Aldershot to link up with their former boss.

As was previously mentioned Chislett was responsible for finding and developing many players at Met Police several of whom went on to play in the Football League so he can do it on a small budget. Whether he can do it for a bigger club is another question but probably worth a try with Slough's likely budget restrictions.
