I can understand what Eastbourne are looking for. I know Mel is very data/analysis driven in looking at potential recruits and this is very much the trend in the modern game. You still need all the other managerial skills to make it work though.

Not sure how accurate it is but on the conference south forum all the entry prices are listed. Ours is £15, which is average, not the most expensive as Torquay is at £22!

I'm not sure we've announced entry prices for the coming season yet so ours may still increase from last years £15.

Pro club contracts expire on 30 June so wonder if we might soon see some further activity in the transfer market? There is some pretty heavy recruitment going on around the NLS at the moment and we may need a couple more experienced signings if we intend to compete at the top end this season.

Would agree with you Tony, we could do with a some players released by their clubs. I would always initially look at players with Exeter, Barnet and clubs with Tisdale connection.

I see James Comley is named as first team coach on the website. Has that been officially announced anywhere, I may have missed it?
