First half we looked a little stagnant. Somebody would make a run to make space and others would stand around looking at that space. Odei probably the only one who really stood out, trying to make things happen.
Second half much better. Dynamic runs everywhere, people running into the spaces created. And two fantastic goals.
Not sure I've ever seen Jake Gray play as well as that for the time he was on the pitch. He was like a whirlwind, the second goal summing up his contribution.

I don't think we're the same without Gray in the side. Even if he isn't always as noticeable as he was on Saturday, his selfless contributions are always such that he's one of those players who leaves a massive gap when he's left out.

So why does he get left out of the side!

Beats me...unless he's being rested for occasional games, but for me he'd be one of the first names on the teamsheet.

Excellent highlights package from the Hashtags - quite a few teams doing really good media these days

With WSM on Tuesday, I suspect the manager wanted to preserve some of his key players and give others a chance to impress. I think he got it about right making the subs when he did to seal the game.

Listening and reading Julian’s comments, he did emphasise that it is a squad game and that selection will depend on opposition, tactics, availability etc. To play the same team constantly will not give an opportunity for others to remain match fit which could be detrimental in future matches.
