Well, I suppose there was some accountability in that the investors seem to have decided to pull the plug on any further investment. As the brothers control the Ramayana board, as well as the club, there now appears to be a stand-off. In hindsight, it's a great pity that so much has been wasted on a failed promotion bid when it could have sustained the club at this level for a number of years with a more measured approach to development. But maybe investors weren't interested in that approach.

I think this is the crux of it. Although the brothers claim it was all the investors fault as they were pressured (and caved in) to spend on 'going pro'. Seems they have a story for everything, including their own failure.
