Injuries are killing us. It’s starting to feel like the back end of last season, six league defeats on the spin, key players injured, nothing on the bench to influence the outcome. Although we got a loan player in today, we really need a couple more unless players are back for the next game.

The form looks awful on the face of it but I think today is the first time we havent really made a decent match of it. I think that puts us in a better postion compared to last year's slump however I guess once the heads drop and team sprirt starts to go thats when it becomes very difficult to turn around. If we can just start to get at least some of the injured back it would seem we still have a decent chance of turning the tide.

The trouble is that the players who are fit enough to play each game become worn down and it becomes harder to maintain a positive outlook if you are losing every game. Hard to break the cycle if there is no new blood.

Well what a fun afternoon out that was. Can't see where another win is coming from unless we get some forwards in.

Just watched the highlights. Thomas was badly at fault for their second goal and was also responsible for giving away a soft goal at Hornchurch. He’s a young player who has done well for us but maybe needs a rest for a few games. Not that we have a ready replacement.
