Today's game...well where to start? It really wasn't a pretty sight. I didn't think it could get any worse after the displays at Salisbury and St. Albans. How wrong I was. There's no point in blaming any individuals, partly because we all realise it must be budget related, but after that performance I genuinely can't see us getting another point this season.
Anyone see a programme today? I didn't, so any synopsis of Jacques LeBars comments in there would be welcomed.
I was also told that on LinkedIn it also seems the chap who runs the day to day stuff at the club (apologies, I can't remember his title or name off the top of my head) is not going to be there after May...is this evidence of further cuts or is he being replaced?

Yes, I heard Will King would be leaving too, as announced in his Linkedin, as well as the brothers, however I don’t know how true the latter is.
His post is here:

That is a pity - seems like he has always done a decent job and I'm sure it's not been easy at times. Always looks very busy but on top of things on match days.
As others suggest, maybe he has been made aware of a planned salary reduction for next season...

Today think most of us didn’t expect points but the manner of the defeat was worrying, was it just one shot on target in the second half? As for corners did we have one, they must have had a dozen. How we missed a Merrick in goal, think their first two goals had an element of error. The third one was a forward just out muscled Wiltshire to have an easy shot at goal.
Difficult to see where the next win is coming from, Worthing away next Saturday who surprisingly lost at Welling.
If we fail to pick up any more points we might survive by the skin of our teeth. With the news of Will King going, it looks like the finances are getting worse.

Sadly there weren't any real revelations in Jacques' programme comments - Recent form has been disappointing but, from where we were at this start of the season with huge budget cuts, Jules and his team have done a great job. Jacques says he sees this season very much as a transition season - perhaps he means one where we break even over a season.

I wonder what we are transitioning to? Hopefully we can sort the ownership situation to create some stability for next season. I struggle to see what the current Ramayana ownership plans might be without any new investment. Ride the inevitable downward spiral? And for what purpose?

Can anyone confirm what the attendance was?
I am sure they announced 1,226 but the club tweeted 1,266. I see also Maidstone tweeted 1,226.
I guess either the ground announcement or our tweet is wrong.

I thought we started the season so well. Lots of great movement and good decisions on the ball.
But recently that’s all gone.
Today was just like many of the most recent games; everybody trying hard but no composure and bad decisions aplenty.

Several folk are questioning where is Roberts? Our leading scorer is not being selected when we are struggling to score. Any explanation would be handy!
In looking at the last 10 games we have managed just 8 goals and only in the Aveley win did we score more than one goal. During the same period 20 goals were conceded.
Someone might be able to tell me if this is the worse result sequence in the club’s history?

We only won three games in the season Iain McDonald was manager but not sure of the record for consecutive defeats. Cue Les.

It can surely only be in either the seasons with Ian Mc or Paul Reynolds can't it?
