In his interview he says he has played one friendly match and "no problems." Not sure that would be enough to convince me but let's see how he fares in the PSFs.
My thoughts exactly. I'd want a very rigorous pre-season at the very least as evidence. And then some kind of contract with get out clauses. No news on Ince as yet, surely he's been released by now??

I think one thing he has on his side compared to Ince is he's a lot younger. Only 22.

Aldershot fans were talking about him moving up a level when he was the starter in the fa trophy win. Interesting to see how he does.

I'd like to see some wingers soon. Our defence is looking rock solid on paper.

It was an ACL tear which required surgery twice, last time in August 2025. Been back doing running drills since January.

Also at least he seems to be mostly fit now unlike Ince when we signed him.

Only signing so far i’m not super keen on is Mathers, definitely need some more fire power up top. But i assume that is where Dowse will utilise loans

Seems highly rated by St Albans fans.

He’s highly liked at as a person, same way we liked Ru Donaldson.

As a footballer i’m not sure, mostly on the bench under Gary and not even St Albans best attacker who finished mid table!

Not seen the lad play yet but if Grego-Cox is out for any length of time it would be a risk to be relying on just Mather. Dowse made the point we need more goals from midfield and defence too so expect we will see some more signings at the top end.

I wonder why there's still been no announcement re Ince, Silva, Kiernan, Fasanmade, Greenidge, Ziger and Gardener? I mean, in truth I'd only really be interested in keeping a couple of those, but surely we either want them or we don't?
