Some of the aims might a bit high! Steve Bates playoffs currently look a bit ambitious, but let’s see how things plan out in the next few games. Lewes and Havant away might set the direction for the coming months.

Interesting how deluded some of the views on this are.

It was for a young man’s university degree. Have some respect. It’s not been produced by the club etc.

Indeed though not sure the critique was of the doc rather the views expressed by the protangonists.BevereeMaster wrote: ↑Sun Oct 01, 2023 4:58 pm It was for a young man’s university degree. Have some respect. It’s not been produced by the club etc.

More aimed at the comment about how the time of posting is embarrassing but that has nothing to do with the club if obviously recorded last year and the club don’t chose university masters deadline. That is allEastTerracer wrote: ↑Sun Oct 01, 2023 5:43 pmIndeed though not sure the critique was of the doc rather the views expressed by the protangonists.BevereeMaster wrote: ↑Sun Oct 01, 2023 4:58 pm It was for a young man’s university degree. Premier League in 15 years quote by the brothers.
Then mention Champions League.
Saying like Brentford.... erm wouldn't Luton be more appropriate coming from non league to Premier League?
The thing is, even if they truly believe they can get the club to the Premier League in 15 years, don't say it out loud on a documentary!
I wonder if these ambitions were said to the Supporters Trust board when they had their private meetings before proposing the takeover, as surely that would set alarm bells rining.
Reaching the Football League in 5 years also seems crazy, isn't that what Dixon at Staines Town claimed too?
