A parting shot from the conceited cockwombles at AFC Surrey Franchise which makes the rest of our season that little bit tougher.

Why we even do business with that club is beyond me. Hampton aren't great at passing on historical knowledge to the new generation I guess. Ex-players are commenting on social media totally flummoxed that we had a loanee from there. No more friendlies against this lot, please.

ps nothing against David Fisher at all, nice lad.

Let's hope we build a team next season from signed up players rather than be relying on loans. That's we have suffered so much trouble this season. If the money isn't there the team should stop trying to play above its level.

They are bottom of the form chart, have not won for at least ten matches. They have some players missing so they have recalled some loans (not all) and taken them to Barrow. Might be some panic they are falling into the relegation zone.

As for loans, most of us would agree it is best to avoid if possible. They do help clubs to use the services of a players whose funding is met by their parent club. If you have one a season long one might be preferable without recall. From my observations the best position is keepers as they need experience and their club especially those in Premiership or Championship are best Slough have a good keeper from Bournemouth.

All ok with the pitch today? It’s been very wet yesterday and overnight.

I'm at the club now and it seems to be ok.

Lost 1-0. Await reports, was it a case of little goal threat?

No presence up front so couldn’t get up the pitch, as expected we missed Clifton badly.

Think this was always likely, none of the Montserrat players available? Plus no Fisher. Attacking department very thin. Might have to weather this for the next couple of games. Fingers crossed for other results.
