Dictionary definition of an early season '6 pointer'

Farnborough took a smashing from Tonbridge on Saturday so will be motivated to bounce back.

Although early in the season a quick look at the five league fixtures following tonight doesn't, initially, look like a potential points haul so 3 points a must for me.

For various reasons this will be my first game of the season.
With games coming up against Chelmsford, Dagenham and Redbridge Ebbsfleet, Dorking W and Truro we have to get three points tonight as I can't see us getting anything from those games.

We're unfortunately already at a stage where 3 points tonight is an ABSOLUTE must.

1-0 up at HT, Jackson with the goal and Farnborough down to 10. Playing well and really need to make the man advantage count.

FT: 2-0, Mather with the second. Much better viewing, could and should have been much more, but they all count, and we get a much overdue clean sheet! Farnborough were a poor side and offered very little.

2-0 flattered Farnborough, it could and should have been 5 or 6, ok the visitors had ten men for over an hour, but they offered very little.

Much needed win, should have won by more. Not sure it was a straight red, think the reaction of Max influenced the ref. At least we capitalised on our luck. Wide players were excellent as was Atkinson when he came on. He was everywhere and wins so many tackles. Good to have energy all over the pitch for a change.

Had to check this but worth noting that was Ben Jackson's first senior goal.
