It is alleged that the breach of FA Rule E3.1 is an “Aggravated Breach”, as defined in FA Rule E3.2, as it included a reference, whether express or implied, to gender.
Alan Dowson admitted the charge and requested a paper hearing.

Apparently this was not something he said. One of the backroom staff, allegedly a certain goalkeeper coach who used to coach here... said the words.
Because Dowse was the manager that game and the alleged person won't admit to it, the Manager gets the hit for failing to control his dugout. Everyone at Aldershot knows who said it, Dowse knows who said it, the alleged goalkeeper coach knows who said it but won't tell the truth. Oh well, 3 games to go.
