Whilst some people my have an ideological reason not to buy from Amazon ( without Amazon there would be no book) buying from them is the same as buying anything online. If you can’t or won’t do that then maybe ask someone you know to buy on your behalf, maybe the shop could offer such a service? Personally it seems a bit strange for the club shop to sell something at a price above what can easily be obtained elsewhere.

Maybe a lot of older people that don't do online banking. Or have credit cards will need help to purchase the book.

Got my copy via Amazon within 24 hours of ordering. Looks well presented and full of match and personal stories. I’ll read on!

What a great book! Many thanks to Tony and Les! No mention of the club car though HM.

Thanks Rich. We thought long and hard about including the car but thought it probably deserves its own history given its importance to the club. I can think of two people well qualified to write that story, can you?

Well the Club car got us to Ebbsfleet ok today Big Rich. But don't like the E10 petrol left in it. Also there are 10 footballs & 4 floodlight bulbs in the boot.

I've arranged for a small amount of copies of the book to be made available in the Club Shop on Saturday. Get there early to avoid disappointment.
