Seems unusual to get three different grants to support the project but I guess they had a strong community offering. The ground is much less restricted than our ours and probably no limit on usage which I think may be an issue for us with LBRUT. How Ashford make the pitch pay economically I don’t know.

Presumably they can hire it out from dawn to dusk (and beyond) which will bring in the cash.
