Yep expect Fernandez, Dubois, Seymour, Bloomfield to he highly sought after, unless of course we signed them on 2 yr contracts which is highly unlikely

Pitblado the first of many. Eastbourne are throwing even more money around than last year. Raiding a few clubs.

Looks like you may be right Seymour was always Mel’ s man and can’t argue, about the others. It might be we are happy to let them go to reduce the budget. The new manager might have few players remaining.

I thought Mel said a number of young players were already signed for next season and presume Pitblado was one of those. Maybe those contracts are no longer affordable and we are offloading to reduce the overall budget.

If what you say is true then the club have effectively given our players free transfers and so any club can approach them and off they go. It might be that the club have already circulated their names to other clubs and told agents to find new clubs for our players.
This could mean that next season we might only be able to field young players, and we all know where we will end up. One question is where has the money gone, no doubt at some stage the accounts will tell but that could be some way off.
It’s getting worse and worse, will we see the brothers at Beveree if this comes about?

Personally I would have prioritised retaining the likes of Pitblado above having positions like Chief of Staff and Chief Technology Officer.

Chief of this, that and the other are probably now being removed from their roles..it was a nonsense. The club naturally pulls in crowds of 400-700 and that is being generous. It was never a candidate for the EFL . If they managed a promotion to the National League last season it may have kept the "money people" interested until they realised the jump in standard and the associated costs and pulled the wire at a date in the future. I expect the "owners" are trying to extradite themselves from the club and maybe think someone will give them some money. We all know the expenses to revenue equation for us at this level makes their shareholding absolutely worthless. Who knows what kind of team we will field next season and who is going to galvanise the volunteer network to run the club again instead of wasting all this money on paid staff? Strangers things have happened than we see a very well connected manager whose reputation has taken a battering but who has a street fighter mentality and is keen to prove himself again. Steph forward Alan Dowson!

Not for me. They say never go back, and "they" are often proved right.

I wonder if the business plan was based on getting attendances up to 2,000. And when that didn’t happen…

Sam Cox didn't get the manager's job at Wealdstone so is on the market...

Sam Cox is a great shout… he’s a really big personality who people warm to. Has an abundance of coaching experience at Spurs and will have great contacts at the U21 pro level for loan players or those getting released. Having played this level recently he knows what it is about.
