And do enjoy Marc White’s post match assessment of his team after losing 1-0 at Concord. Certificate 18 by the way.
Edit. I see the Twitter post has now been deleted by Dorking. White basically ranting about his players lack of effort and throwing his toys out of the pram.
Eastbourne away.
If you believe FWP the match was a figment of our imagination, we were just in dreamland and we are not top of the league; if and unless it is corrected.

Really impressive across the pitch today. Jules made a couple of good stops, defence swept up very well when Eastbourne did get forward, tidy work from the midfield keeping the ball and picking the right opportunities to probe, and just fantastic from the trip up front - brilliant pressing off the ball which just set the tone for everyone.

In answer to Tony we have NEVER won 5-0 on the opening day of the season. In terms of away wins we have won 3-1, three times, the last occasion 18th August 2001 @ St Albans. Our best ever opening day results, until Eastbourne, were both 4-0 wins at home, both in the 60s; v Hoddesdon Town on 20th August 1966 and most 'recent' 16th August 1969 v Huntley & Palmers both 4-0, both Spartan League games.

It would be really good if your photos were linked and included on the match reports on the website. Pitchero has that facility, and then it keeps an accurate full record for the club history - may be worth you speaking to the club and who updates the website about this?
