At least Plymouth Parkway were in the draw for the next round of the Trophy unlike Hampton who seem to make a pig's ear of cup competitions of late.

Why is a proven goalscorer sitting on the bench when Hampton have been so short of goals of late and have missed plenty of chances and half chances. Don't we want to win any more games before Christmas?

I can't understand why of late the club seems to start the season without a proven goalscorer. We seem to be playing catchup too often when a player who can score goals should be a priority at the start of a season.

If you don't have the budget you won't get the squad you want.

Some of these players don't even seem to have taken part in the pre-season activity!

Goodness gracious me we already have players out injured and we haven't even started the season. What on earth do they get up to during the close season?

Can't understand why Hampton always seem to be lightweight in the striker department at the beginning of a season. Surely the first priority of any successful team is get get a proven goalscorer on board.
