Re: New Hampton history book

Thanks Nick. The official publicity launch was meant to be this week but for some reason the club didn’t follow through. Hence Les and I were waiting to “ go public” alongside the Club social media but you are correct the book is now available through Amazon, priced £14. Search under The History of ...

Re: Chelmsford

Cracking game today, 6 goals and a penalty save to boot. I thought we played some of our best attacking passing football since the Eastbourne game, but defending was a bit sloppy at times with two headed goals from corners and a late penalty conceded. Had Julian not saved that we could have had a ve...

Re: Wimborne Town (home)

I see Myles Anderson has now departed by mutual consent. Not a surprise after the Concord Rangers substitution as he has not appeared since. We could do with some extra centre back cover. Donaldson is an effective deputy but leaves us a bit short in midfield.

Re: Wimborne Town (home)

Ended 3-1 with goals from Deadfield,Slew and Fisher. Could easily have been more but also Wimborne had a couple of decent chances after they scored a consolation.

Re: Wimborne Town (home)

I see Wimborne did not travel to their game against Gosport tonight so guess they could struggle to get to Hampton on Saturday.

Re: Wimborne Town (home)

With a number of non league games being called off due to the fuel shortage, is this fixture in danger also?

Re: Oxford away on Saturday.

Gray scored our goal. 60 mins against 10 men so would have hoped for three points but Oxford defended well. Julian made a number of vital saves and Oxford could have nicked it. Better performance compared to last week. We are much better for having Deadfield in the side. Donaldson and Sutton loan pl...

Re: News of former players

Good move for Hutchins as quite clearly was never going to get a game with us. A bit too young and inexperienced to play at CS just yet. Hope he gets some game time at Hendon but if not maybe more sensible to drop down a further division.

Re: Oxford away on Saturday.

We have signed keeper Rhys Forster to replace Miles Bowman who is looking for first team football. Ex Met Police and Walton Casuals.

Have ever played them? currently 2nd bottom in Southern League Premier South, same division as Walton Casuals. We will be favourites to progress.

Re: FA Cup Walton Casuals

Thought we were very poor yet again in the first half apart from the usual performers, Wassmer, Donaldson and Julian. Slightly better in the second and gifted a second by a poor back pass which Fisher tucked away neatly. Good to see a late cameo by Deadfield who scored a penalty. The loan players mu...
