Re: Those Were The Days; 21st April 2018

Admittedly there were some loan players in that team, but have to agree a much stronger and experienced team. If we are thinking of such a campaign next season then this is the type of player we need to be looking at.

Re: Review of the Season

Think I would agree with these comments. Would like to know who is signed up for next season. Would agree two or three new players would not in my book be sufficient.

Paul Tisdale is a part owner but whether he would want to get involved on the day to day running is questionable. I can think of two managers, (one ex) who Mel knows from hi...

Re: Maidstone away.

Think we all knew that recent form was so poor. It is what happens now that matters.I would hope that Mel has already got some plans . If we are serious about promotion then many of this season’s squad will go.

Re: Maidstone away.

This shows the gulf between the clubs. Interesting to hear Mel’s comments after. Lots of work in the summer.

Re: Maidstone away.

We won 5-2 against Maidstone at home! Can we be successful again? Our current form is nowhere near that at present! We have injuries to add to our problems. Looking at the table the bottom two playoff spots the clubs occupying these are several points adrift of the others, looks like a different le...
