Re: Aveley away on Monday.
Not sure what Mel expected when he consistently plays Dunne Deadfield and Cheadle in midfield. We have added to every department apart from midfield which keeps getting overrun, we need a player who can go up and down for 90 minutes and win 50/50’s etc, until we add that it will be very hard to win ...

They never said that they didn’t want volunteers, just that they wanted people who add value to the club and then that led to people leaving. Hasn’t really been a U-turn at all.

In my opinion the player we miss the most is Tyrell Miller-Rodney we have not replaced his energy and tenacity.Lord Elpus wrote: ↑Sat Aug 12, 2023 7:57 pm I think we'd all have taken a point from that beforehand but in truth we really miss Jake Gray. For me the standout players for us today were Hall and Seymour.

Re: Eastbourne Borough
Unfortunate that both our strikers were unable to start, once they are both fit and available from the beginning we will look a far better side. Eastbourne aren’t no push overs, good money, big budget and like people have mentioned they are now full time. Think second half showed promise. Go again n...

What exactly is the fanbase supposed to be grateful for? They devote lots of time and money to the club cause yet seem to be regarded as an inconvenience by the owners. As for the pessimism you mention, over the years, Hampton fans have always been remarkably upbeat and tolerant of the management. ...

Re: 23/24 League Predictions
Brilliant. The season hasn't even started and the fans are already saying we don't have the firepower and where are the goals going to come from. Doesn't the club learn anything from season to season. If we don't score goals it doesn't matter how good the defence is we will only be see a run of 0-0...
