Re: Next 3 Home Games
Just listened to their manager on u tube . They had illness at the start, player injured. First goal, the ref should have stopped the game because one of their players was on the floor. Second half they were the better team, deserved at least a draw., Hampton are having the rub of the green as they...

Re: Middlesex Senior Cup 2023-24
I didn't go, but when I saw the teamsheets, I was surprised by the calibre of player in Rayners Lane's squad. Buchanan, Robinson, Keita, Clayton, Casey, Minhas, Jalloh... all of those players have been at various Step Three clubs in the last 18 months and doing pretty well at that level as well.

Re: Middlesex Senior Cup 2023-24
What is the point of entering the tournament with that approach?? There are plenty of “big” middx sides in the comp who don’t disregard it in this way. We have a squad of 21 players. That includes Alan Julian (injured), James Comley (coach) and Alex Solomon (out on loan). So we have 18 players. We ...

Re: Chippenham (Away)
I thought that was a really composed away performance.
Did enough in the first half to win the game, then kept them pretty much at arms' length for the second. Good win.
Mention for Jordan Thomas and Dan Wishart who were excellent today.

Re: FA Trophy draw today
I'm really interested to see how Southend approach it. On the one hand, despite their excellent league form their ten point deduction means that whilst they should be 6th, they're only four points from the drop zone. They don't have a massive squad, and logic would suggest they'll need to prioritise...

Re: Beavers Trust AGM
Congratulations to all elected and commiserations to those not elected this time. I hope all can play a positive role, whatever the position and behaviour of the Club towards the Supporters Trust. As seen across the country and supported by the government and all political parties, Supporter Trusts...

Re: News of former players
Ikechi Eze, who apparently played for Hampton in 2015, has just signed for Aveley from Stranraer.

Re: Dover away on Saturday.
I just called Dover and was told "no pitch inspection planned, we've had a lengthy conversation with the referee this morning and there's no standing water on the pitch at all. We were able to roll a ball right across the pitch." Obviously it'll depend on the ref's view when they arrive, b...

Movember pictures
Hi, I'm sure it hasn't escaped people's notice that the club, staff and players are all fundraising for Movember at the moment, and I'm going to try and do a bit of fund raising myself as well. Obviously I'll be growing the obligatory moustache (I don't really need much of an excuse tbh), but I was ...
