Just been announced that a decision is being made on Wednesday. Fair enough.

I'd just assumed that our home friendly on Friday is off, due to Covid again, as the timing of the announcement that the Carshalton game is off would seem to include Friday. However, Wimbledon still have it listed on their website. Anyone able to confirm?

Good to see Gary being so honest in the interviews. Too many players were simply not up to scratch last night and although Villa are a very decent side for their level we really should be dispatching sides like that with ease.

Management will quite rightly say that these friendlies are all about game time, but it must be almost impossible for triallists to show their true worth when lumped together in a side where hardly any will have played together before. As a result, none of the unfamiliar players really looked worth ...
