Re: Rayners Lane (A)
I guess we must have decided to finally test Ince in a low risk game. That is probably it for Ince I suspect. I understand that the injury was thought to be treatable but one appearance in two years rather suggests it wasn’t. With Atkinson back there seems little reason to continue the experiment ...

Re: Rayners Lane (A)
Lasted 34 minutes before going off. I doubt that was a tactical substitution. We are losing 1-0.

Re: Rayners Lane (A)
Liam Hutt, young right back from Swindon Town, presumably a loanee. Was on loan at Weymouth last season.

Re: Rayners Lane (A)
Ince is starting which is very interesting given he didn’t come on on Saturday. How long will he last? Atkinson, Allsop and Parkinson also start.

Re: Eastleigh (H)
I would think Ince is increasingly irrelevant in all honesty. If ever there was a game where an experienced sub was needed it was yesterday, he can only have been on the bench to make up the numbers. How long are we going to persist with him? It's now mid October...

Re: Eastleigh (H)
That was a bit of an anti-climax after all the pre game hype. Pretty even for 25 minutes then two goals from Eastleigh in 7 minutes effectively ended the competition. Our body language after conceding a poor second goal rather suggested we had lost any belief that we could get back into the game. In ...

Re: 25/26 Squad
Today’s programme says that Atkinson has re-signed. He is Cup tied today.

Re: Eastleigh (H)
Ince included on the bench but no Grego-Cox. Bench is looking a bit thin on options. If Ince isn’t fit enough we only have Rodari and Allsop with any experience to call on.

Re: 25/26 Squad
Alan Julian said at the time it was the fifth time Jalloh had the same injury so clearly a more underlying issue that needed addressing. Presumably not a contracted player so makes sense to release him until he can prove long term fitness.

Re: Other NLS News
Seems to be the trend across all leagues this season to give no time to managers to be “successful .” Eastbourne have a big budget and simply can’t afford to be languishing where they are but who wants to take the job now knowing you’ll get 10 games to prove yourself. All the more remarkable what ...

Re: 25/26 Squad
Says his contract has been cancelled by mutual consent so no fees should be payable if we sign him, not to Salisbury at least.
