Indeed, pretty fundamental.

I think Dowse has a lot to offer the club but his player recruitment and motivation of the team seem sadly lacking. I doubt we have the money to keep him on in a different role though.

He needs to start by ousting a couple of the more obvious failures.

Really poor. Huge holes in midfield. We show a bit of promise out wide but no realistic chance of the forwards we have getting on the end of any balls put in.
