Re: New Manager...possibles
any faces you recognised sir?
To be honest it was more my son who recognised them...his knowledge of the wider non-league scene is much better than mine these days. I was told two of the Hanworth management team were there, although I wouldn't have recognised them to confirm it. There was ...

Re: Alan Julian departs
Not sure if it means anything but I found it particularly interesting there have been no posts from players during this bad run of form/Jules resignation/sacking.
They defo lost confidence. Need someone who can pump them up.

Re: Alan Julian departs
I still stand by the fact Donovan Chislett was the real “brains” behind the team. Jules was made manager partly because of the budget, but also because he was the easiest option to put in front of the fans. The brothers knew people wouldn’t turn on Jules quickly, which bought everyone a bit of time ...

Re: Eastbourne Borough (A)
Was at the game, so thought I'd share my ramblings...
We were unable to conclusively work out the formation, at times it looked like a 5, at times it looked like a 4, but one thing is for sure, Eastbourne started out as the better side. Within the 1st Minute, NPL won a free-kick 45yards from goal ...

Re: Eastbourne Borough (A)
blame a loss like today more on the players than management, they have clearly downed tools.
Time for a change! Does Simon from Hanworth fancy the job? Dowse until end of the season?

Re: Eastbourne Borough (A)
Technically yes! But if your a team who is dominating the game creating chances and then go behind you may not be “chasing”the game per say as you are still in control somewhat.

Re: News of former players
Josh Williams who we released last season has now been signed for an undisclosed fee from Cray.
Never thought he got a proper chance. Maverick/Flair players don’t seem to get a chance under Jules

Careful! He might try forging the relegation paperwork again!
